  • Condition: *ADVERTISING SIGN* vintage USA tin "PARKER SPORT SUPPLY" This is an embossed tin sign made in the USA for "Parker Sport Supply Chicago IL" which displays sports product images copied from the 1915 catalogue of "Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co." This Chicago hardware store was established in 1882 and developed their own line of tools and sporting goods carrying the "Rev-O-Noc" brand. Their baseball bats were made by Louisville Slugger and labelled as the "HSB&Co. Rev-O-Noc Cub Bat". That logo was discontinued by 1922, and the company thrived until sold in 1962 to become today's "True Value" hardware stores. Vintage collectible measures 13 5/8" x 10 3/8" and has good paint and graphics with some fading, scratches, ripples, and minor corrosion. Please study photos for your best assessment of condition.
