1984 HESS Toy Tanker Truck Bank ~ with working lights!    Pictures show that all lights shine brightly, all mirrors, horns and cab accessories are complete and unbroken. Hose is included, all tires are present and uncracked.  Bank compartment knob works by twisting clockwise and has original tag. Unit is clean and crisp!
