  • Condition: The original box has been opened and the handcuffs manipulated; however, the cuffs are bright and shiny. They have never been carried or employed.

    Description

    These handcuffs, Model No. 28-753, date from the late 1970s.  They were made in Taiwan of stainless steel and are still in the oreiginal box.  Cuffs such as these were in use by the military and police in the time they were new.
