    t, this Organic Certified Mexican Chiapas coffee brews a complex, juicy cup with underlying caramel sweetness and an acidity that has a fresh green grape and sparkling pear quality.
    The finish is clean with hints of roasted pecan.
    Dark (Full City) roasts
    develop layers of dark toffee sweetness flavors with a raisin and blackberry jam fruits notes. A really versatile Mexican coffee that will yield a sweet, complex cup of coffee at a wide range of roasts.

    Chiapas is the southernmost region in Mexico, sharing a border with Guatemala to the west, and Oaxaca to the east.. The mountainous highlands of Chiapas provide an ideal climate in terms of temperature and humidity for arabica cultivation.

    located in the Sierra de la Concordia municipality, in the state of Chiapas.
