    This is a Snap On Insulated Composite 1000 volt Electrical Screwdriver. Phillips #1 head. Model 1HTP31.
    Does not look used much, if at all.
    However, t
    here are sanding marks on the handle in one or two places
    where
    numbers were removed by the previous owner (standard US Military de-marking process)
    . This results in a "rough" feel to areas on the plastic, which could be lightly sanded and/or buffed smooth again. Overall length is about 8.5".
