A RARE WWII STICKPIN labeled ARKO 403 on the top.
I believe this refers to the
403rd Security Division
- a  rear-security division
in the Wehrmacht of Germany
. Throughout the war, the unit was mainly deployed in the Army Group South Rear Area
behind the Eastern Front, which was a large, German-occupied area of the Soviet Union.
This pin is original.  It has been in the family for decades.
Marked on back: OFFSTATTER BONN
In my research, I don't find this stickpin anywhere.
