new in the box Hess 1992 Hess 18 Wheeler and Racer . It's in mint condition having never displayed. Only removed from box twice. When purchased for inspection and last week for listing photos. Original batteries were removed from box when purchased and are not included. The battery tab-strip is intact on the racer.
