The condenser coil of this heat pump is designed with aluminum fins and rifled copper tubing to maximize efficiency. The fins and rifling serve to increase surface area, allowing the heat transfer capabilities of the materials to shine.

SmartShift
Goodman's SmartShift technology, combined with ambient and coil temperature sensors, gives this unit a quiet and effective defrost system. SmartShift also helps to prevent short-cycling, increasing the efficiency of defrost operations.
High-Efficiency Compressor
This unit utilizes a high-efficiency scroll compressor to provide refrigerant flow. Scroll compressors are renowned for operating more smoothly and reliably than traditional compressors.

The vast majority of power equipment products are shipped
FREE
to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Exceptions include some handheld lawn tools. For example, leaf blowers only ship free if they're priced above 9. The shipping rate charged will be quoted on each listing.
Accessories often ship separately from different manufacturers in different locations so we simply charge standard shipping rates on them. Smaller items are also available for Next Day Air and Two Day Air for an additional charge dependent on the weight of the item.
Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories
At this time we only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and any US Territory does not occur.
P.O. boxes & APO/FPO
We cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened Merchandise
"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery*, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging. * Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized

Cancelled Orders
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Products
You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.
Suspect Damage
On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage,
notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present
. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.
Obvious Damage
Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please
