    Description

    Description:
These great double entrance doors were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.
They are made of pine and are painted.
Each has a panel of beveled glass at the top with a raised panel below.
The fronts are very ornate with Eastlake beveled edges around the glass and panels.
There are shelves supported by corbels below the glass with scalloped molding between.
The lower panels have bullseyes at the corners with fluting all around with carved flowers at the corners.
Most hardware will need to be replaced.
They measure 52 inches wide together, 90.5 tall, and 1.75 inches thick.
Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning.
There is a missing molding around the glass. There is a deadbolt and a mail slot. There was another deadbolt and the hole was filled poorly. The door with the knob is rough along the inside edge from weather stripping being nailed in place. Please look at the pictures carefully.

    Terms of Sale
I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.
    About Us
My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting.  Steve and Michelle
